Inspirare means to o breathe in or blow into. It is the Latin root of "To Inspire". According to the Merriam Webster Dictionary, "Many of the early figurative senses of inspire are religious in nature, so it is not surprising to learn that the word shares a connection with spirit (which comes from the Latin word for “breath,” spiritus, which is also from spirare)."

In 2013 my partner Coach Lourdes and I launched Inspirare Centre by combining our careers, passion, values, and beliefs. She is a certified HR Leader and an executive and career coach.
We are partners in business and in life. We truly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live and work at their best and we are and always have been committed to make that happen for our children, our clients, and ourselves.

Our faith, family, friendship, and career have been in the center of our relationship. We have been married for three decades and we are so grateful for our children and grandchildren.

In addition to private and group counselling services, Inspirare Centre, Inc. offers executive, career and life coaching, self-growth courses, and workplace well-being consulting.
Our mission is to promote psychological well-being for individuals, families and businesses, supporting them with the evidence-based tools and practices they need to build it. In 2023 we launched our program "Balance Plus" with a 3-day retreat.
